OEPC Meal Reservation Form

Oreland Evangelical Presbyterian Church will provide three meals at a nominal fee (fee noted in the table below), which is payable at OEPC when you arrive for POTE registration:

• dinner on Friday night - $15 (full meal with beverage)
• breakfast on Saturday morning - $4 (continental breakfast and coffee)
• lunch on Saturday - $7 (Philadelphia Hoagies and beverages)

Please enter your name, phone number and/or email address. If you provide your email address, you should receive an email to confirm your submission. Also select the checkbox next to each meal that you would like to reserve and click on the Submit button. Please submit one form for each person reserving meals. Please make your reservations by September 15, 2010.
