PRESBYTERY OF THE EAST

The Oreland Evangelical Presbyterian Church welcomes members of churches in the EPC Presbytery of the East (POTE) as well as the churches to be examined and received for the September 24-25, 2010, Presbytery meeting. We are blest to gather with brothers and sisters of the faith who love the Lord Jesus Christ and are committed to faithfully being His church.

This web page is the site for the visiting members of the EPC attending the POTE meeting. We encourage you to visit occasionally as we will be adding information as the meeting approaches.

ACCOMODATIONS
A block of rooms have been reserved (with a special rate) at the Holiday in nearby (in Fort Washington, PA). You can either call the hotel directly at
(215) 643-3000 or click here to make your reservations on-line. Our Group Code is OEP. If you call, you must provide the Group Code and on-line make sure the Group Code on the reservation link shows OEP. The negotiated rate is $96+tax (double room) per night (includes a full breakfast in their restaurant). Please make your reservations by September 3rd to make sure you get your room at the negotiated rate and be sure to confirm the rate with the hotel when you check in.

MEALS
While your hotel reservation includes a full breakfast, OEPC is also planning meals to be served at the church. The planned meals include dinner on Friday night (September 23) and continental breakfast and lunch on Saturday (September 24). There will be a nominal fee for each meal, payable at OEPC when you arrive for POTE registration. Please click HERE to check the prices and/or make reservations for these meals.

Coffee will be available on Saturday morning whether you sign up for breakfast or not.
