Worship Service Information

We believe that the chief end of man is to glorify God and enjoy Him forever; therefore, we gather to glorify God through Bible-based preaching and celebration through our music ministry.

WORSHIP SCHEDULE
WINTER (Mid September - Mid June)
Services of worship are held each Sunday morning at 8:30 and 11:00AM with Christian Education for all ages at 9:45AM. Evening services (Vespers @ Oreland) are held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday evenings at 6:30PM.

SUMMER (June - Mid September)
We begin our Sunday with Christian Education for all ages at 8:45AM followed by worship service at 10:00AM. Evening services (Vespers @ Oreland) are held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday evenings at 6:30PM.

Changes in the worship schedule are announced on the website.

OEPC has an assisted listening system which is available at all worship services. An usher will give assistance if needed. If you have any questions or concerns about the system, please contact the church office.

CDs of worship services are available. Use the sign-up sheet in the Narthex and one will be made for you by the following Sunday. A donation of $2 per CD is requested. A recording of the worship service is also available on-line. Click here to go to the recorded worship service web page.

We provide quality Biblically-based Christian education for children and adults during our dedicated Sunday School hour at 9:45. (Including throughout the summer at 9:00.) A variety of topics are available in the Adult Ed. program.

• 3rd, 4th and 5th Grades - Rm 201

• 6th, 7th and 8th Boys - Rm 001
  (downstairs in the Christian Ed Building)
• 6th, 7th and 8th Girls - Rm 204
  (upstairs in the Christian Ed Building)
• 9th through 12th Grades - Rm 202
  (upstairs in the Christian Ed Building)
• College age and up - Fellowship Hall, Rm 104, Library and Terrace Rooms

Junior Church is available for children 4 years old through kindergarten during the 8:30 service (Sept - June). Nursery care for infants, and Toddler Playtime for 2 and 3 year olds meets during the 8:30 and 11 AM services (summer 10:00).

Church Prayer service is held each Wednesday from 7-8 PM in the church library.

Sacraments of Holy Communion and Baptism are observed throughout the year. Services of healing are held in conjunction with the Communion services on the
first Sunday of every month. For specific times, please call the church office
